Rules and Regulation

1.Admission will be accepted both online and offline. Once done admission cannot be canceled.
2.Fill in all the information on the form correctly and true at the time of admission otherwise your application may be canceled.
3.Admission once taken to one college cannot be transferred to another college of the organization.
4.Students have to ensure that they have made the right selection of Programme and have read the programme details carefully before applying.
5.Students will not be allowed to Change the Selection of the course programme after the admission is done.
6.After taking online admission in Hotel Management course, the applicant should submit all the original certificates / documents as well as two sets of self-attested original copies in time to the Institute office as per the eligibility criteria
7.If any statement furnished by the student is found incorrect at any time, he/she will be liable to be debarred permanently from the course, and will not be eligible to apply to any other course in the Institute.
8.Eligibility rules as specified for each course shall be strictly followed and shall not be relaxed under any circumstances. Candidate should satisfy himself/herself that he / she fulfills the eligibility requirements prescribed for the admission to the concerned course of the study.
9.The college reserves the right to decide in which affiliated university or board the student should be admitted and the student agrees to it.
10.If you are taking admission through the Earn and Learn scheme, first read the complete information about this scheme carefully on the website and get admission if you fully agree with it.
Fees:
11.Please carefully Refer course details & fees structure.
12.All fees are payable by Cash / Demand drafts / Account Transfer. Cheques are NOT accepted.
13.Fees once paid will not be refundable under any circumstances.
14.1st fees Installment Paid : At the time of admission as per course fee structure
15.You will have to pay the remaining fee installment in full within one and half month from the date of admission.
16.If you are unable to pay the remaining fee within a month and a half, you will incur a late fee of 20% of the total annual fee.
17.Prospectus & Registration Charges paid will not be refunded.
18.Full fees are to be paid before joining the college. After registration, change of course / transfer / cancellation is not being allowed under any circumstances.
19.Students must clear all dues, monetary or otherwise, prior to the exams, otherwise he/she may be debarred from appearing for the same.
20.Once admission is confirmed & course has commenced, student is liable to pay the entire course fee as per the schedule. Late fees as applicable, shall be charged for delays.
21.On request for cancellation of admission, you are liable to pay the entire course fees.
22.Once paid the fees will not be return back and during the period of Certificate or degree course remaining fee installment will be recovered from the students if the admission is cancelled.
23.After completion of the course, the student will have to pay a separate fee if he / she wants provisional certificate, migration certificate, transfer certificate, degree certificate, marksheet and any other certificate. as per college, Board and university non.

Job & Training Rules
24.100% training and job guarantee will be given by the institute to the students who have paid the full fee on time and have good academic record.
25.Training placement and job placement will be given only once by the college.
26.Training and Job placement will be offered in 3 star, 4 star and 5 star hotels only.
27.During the training and Job, the student will not able to change any department.
28.During the training and job, students will be required to adapt to the accommodation and meals provided by the hotel.
29.If you do not go on time between training and job, take frequent vacations, get drunk, harass others, then legal action will be taken against him and he will be Rusticated from the college.
30.If you run away during training and job, leave training and job midway, Will not get back training and job placement from college.

General Rules
31.In case a student is required to remain absent for some reason, prior written permission should be taken from the HOD Office.
32.Students must attend all social and national events organized by the institute such as 26th January, 15th August and all other declared social events.
33.Students must attend in the prescribed uniform all theory and practical classes, all official visits and excursions, demonstrations, guest lectures, outdoor and indoor catering functions arranged by the institute.
34.Students will undertake the prescribed training by way of out door catering (ODC) arranged through the training & placement cell of the Institute. No students will undertake private ODC or catering orders without prior permission of the Principal. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against students indulging in such practice.
35.Students causing intentional damage to the institute's property, will face stern disciplinary action & will have to bear monetary compensation for the same.
36.Students found indulging in anti-national activities contrary to the provision of the acts & laws enforced by the government are liable to be expelled from the institute without any notice by the HOD of the institute.
37.In case of prolonged absenteeism or lack of satisfactory academic progress, a candidate may be advised by the HOD to leave the course & his guardian informed accordingly.
38.Mobiles are not allowed in classroom practical halls and in institute campus during the institute timings if found so would be deposited without any complaint.
39.It will be entirely the responsibility of the parents / guardian to keep themselves closely in touch with the academic progress & attendance of their ward.
40.Loss or damage to any asset will cause to penalty & recovered by the way jointly or personally.
41.Students will be allowed to appear for exams only if their attendance in college and during training is more than 90%, they will not be allowed to be absent without good reason.
42.Student Should be well groomed
Boys: Should be well shaved, short hair, nails cut, shoes polished, should be in clean and ironed uniform. They should not use thumb rings, bressaletts, thread and strong perfumes.
Girls: Heavy jewelry makeup rings bangles, necklace and nail paints are not allowed Hairs should be tied in a bun.
43.Don't keep valuables like jeweler, mobiles, cash laptops etc. The College will not be liable for any stealing or damage to your valuables. If a student is found stealing, he will be expelled from the institution.
44.Students must have to obey the orders given by the staff superiors.
45.Arrogance with staff and Institutes in premises is not allowed, otherwise serious and strict action would be taken against the student.
46.legal and Police action will be taken against the concerned students in case of any serious incident like ragging etc. in the college premises.
47.Leaves are not allowed for any festivals.
48.if students make any Serious mistakes the following action will be taken:
For first mistake Rs- 500/- fine, for second mistake Rs- 10000/-fine
For third mistake the student will be rusticated from the institute.
49.If a student is found doing any kind of intoxication, then legal action will be taken against him and he will be Rusticated from the college.
50.Smoking, consumption of tobacco, alcoholic drinks and drugs are strictly prohibited.
51.The College reserves the right to amend, modify and change all norms, rules and regulations from time to time.
Self-Declaration
I have read, understood and accepted all the codes for discipline, academic standards, rules & regulations & mandatory information as mentioned in the admission prospectus, website, undertaking of the college & I shall take note of all communication put from time to time.
I am aware that ragging is strictly prohibited in all Educational Institutes as per the Supreme Court Order & Govt. rules & I will not indulge myself in ragging and activities of similar nature, failing which I shall be liable for punishment / disciplinary action.
I have read & understood details about the course for which I have taken admission & I have Agree and signed the undertaking after consulting my parents / guardian & after reading all rules & Regulations pertaining to the course for which I have taken admission.
